Creator platforms are built for scale and visibility. OnlyFans and Twitch both reward performing in public. Discreet started from the creators those models do not fit, the ones with small private communities that already exist somewhere else.

Every creator platform offers the same bargain: earn money, but perform for strangers.
Give up discretion too, and start over somewhere your community has never been. OnlyFans and Twitch are both built for mass audiences and public discovery, with payouts creators cannot easily read. The real engagement was in Discord servers, with no way to charge for it.
Solution
I made payment something you do mid-sentence, inside the room the creator built.
The storefront disappears. Discord sign-in carries the identity over, so onboarding is one click, and gating, tipping and subscriptions all run on one credit balance borrowed from gaming. That balance stays on screen with a purchase one step away.

Creators earn where their community already is, and fans never have to leave.
Gating, tipping and subscriptions become one habit once they share a balance. Borrowing Discord as the identity layer meant the expensive part, a committed community, existed before the product did. The monetisation problem turned out to be an identity problem.
The audience is not missing. It is already in a Discord server.
