Large language models arrived faster than the interfaces around them, and almost everything shipped as a chat window. Adria was a pre-launch exploration, made while the capability was still running ahead of the conventions.

Chat makes you the courier. You carry the details in and the answer out.
The work sits somewhere the assistant has never seen. An assistant that cannot see the meeting that just finished, or the thread waiting on a reply, is guessing. Fixing that means going below the app layer, where privacy stops being a footnote.
Solution
The boundary became the design problem, so I drew it before any capability.
Closing the gap means letting software watch your screen and reach your files. So a Privacy Control layer sits inside the assistant: one switch cuts system access instantly, with granular controls for microphone, files and background monitoring under it.
result
The concept holds because control is a surface, not a settings page.
An assistant at system level is a trust problem before it is a feature list. A one-time grant is fine for an app you open and close, and not enough for something always running. The planned plugin marketplace only holds if developer tools sit under the same controls.
An assistant that reaches everything is worth having only if switching off is easy.
